Real easy to use and great price.

Haven’t used but looks like a great product and was exactly what I was looking for

the set up is a bit faster than i'm used to with a transit. the franklin principal?the upper stadia is a little hard to see when just looking strait through, not bad, but i have to adjust my posture a bit to see it. the reading in distance comes out correctly.other than that, the optics are clear. about as good as it gets. you have a focus for the eye piece, and then the adjust for the distance to read the rod.the thing has a moveable bezel, which is great.

The level came with an open box without a Lense cap! I got a used one but paid for a new one! Do you think it's easy to contact Amazon and tell them this? NOT NOT!The level works fine, it's a bit sensitive to put the bubble in the middle when leveling but overall its fine. Easy to use and I would buy again but not if used like mine!

It’s worth and good price too

I purchased one of these levels and immediately returned it when the 'scope' would not focus at all. Upon receiving a replacement, I discovered the second item had the same issue. Totally useless if you cant see through the dang thing. I would suggest anyone requiring a functioning tool steer far clear of this product.

For the price, 5 stars. However, the description does not indicate what type of tripod mounting other than 5/8 - not identifying male or female or thread pitch. The level's design is 5/8-course female in the level's base to receive a 5/8-course male from the tripod. My tripod was set up to receive 5/8-fine male. Fortunately, I was able to rig up a new mounting jig for less than $5 - but not all tripods will be so friendly for modification. So check before you buy.No cap as noted elsewhere. No problems with focus, adjustment or sight lines.
