Aluminum Pop-up vent 12.00" L x 6.625 w x .75 h overall size (closed position w/o handle) 3.5"H top of flange to highest point of lid when open. Bi-directional, forward or reverse top opening. Mounting flange has a perimeter of holes for fastening, (10) 3/16" diameter. Top lid securely clamps down to prevent water entry, gasket-ed lid. Cutout opening 4" x 10.5" cutout required, inside corners require a .75" radius. Distance from bottom of flange to bottom of handle 4.5".
