I looked at a bunch of different ways that I would be comfortable carrying the variety of guns that I carry. Small revolver, small semi-auto, compact 9mm. This belly band has totally satisfied all my needs. It's comfortable as can be. Fits well and retention is just what I was looking for. You can move this into many positions depending on what suits you. It has extra pocket for magazines and a phone or money. The fabric and velcro is great. The fabric breaths well. It does not have any "new plastic" smell. None at all. I did a bunch of searching and I would have been disappointed if there was even one shortcoming. 5 stars, well-deserved.

This holster is a great value and one that you should definitely consider adding to your arsenal. With so many options out there as far as holsters go, there are none at this price point made with this quality. I was surprised at the price and was really happy to receive the holster, try it out and see how it performed.The neoprene and hook / loop Velcro closure make a nice combination for this belly holster. The Velcro is 2" wide and secures nice and snugly to the waistband. There is a lot of adjustability potential for this holster, but it is hampered a bit by the fact that it will probably not securely fasten on waists that are more that 42". Whether you wear the holster a little higher, at the true waist or lower on the hips, keep the measurement in mind. My purpose involves conceal carry of my Ruger .357 LCR snubby. It does a fine job of allowing me to adjust it under a loose t-shirt and allowing for the least imprint possible. I found the holster comfortable in many different positions (higher on the tummy and a little forward, true waist and lower towards the hips). I tried it in my driving position, standing, walking and shooting at the range - every little adjustment worked. The holster kept my pistol at the ready tucked into the elastic holster compartment and strapped with the elastic strap and buttoned down. The Belly Gun holster was comfortable right out of the package. No break-in required.I love this holster and don't think you can go wrong with it. If you have a "beer belly" or like to wear it lower on the hips, I think the 42" mark is about the maximum for comfort and more importantly security. I think maybe an XL version - and maybe even a smaller one -might be something worth considering. The materials are definitely very good for the price point. The one point of failure I can see happening over time is the stitching at the top of the little pull-strap (with the snap on it). I can already see a bit of a pulling after a few days of wear (keep in mind I am using an LCR revolver with a hidden hammer - this requires a little stretch).In sum:Pros:- price point- design- comfort - stays in place wellCons:- one size probably won't fit everyone- the one seam up by the pull tab could use some extra reinforcementOverall a REALLY solid Belly Gun Holster. I received my holster and tried it out yesterday and will say it is the most comfortable belly band I've ever used. This is the first really useable belly band I've had and I am working it into my daily carry practices. Most commonly I use an IWB or a deep concealment shoulder holster (kangaroo holster) when I can't carry OWB (we are an open carry state). There is definitely a place for the Catapult Strong belly band inmy holster repertoire and I'm glad to have it. The holster seems very well made. I've noticed no sliding down when loaded with a pistol and extra mag. This seems like a very good carry alternative especially when not wearing a belt (gym shorts, etc.). As with any belly band your choice of shirt/top will effect how well it is concealed.

The product worked well and fit my service weapon no problem (S&W 45) but the Velcro wore out in a few months.

1) product had strong odor 2) Gun strap snap failed the first time opened and couldn't be reused.- thus, never used product 3) I didn't perform further product analysis 4) Returned to " Amazon Returns " Department for a Refund

Wow. This is exactly what I've been looking for. I live in Alaska and I am very active outdoors. Not only do I have to be on the lookout for 2 legged predators but also 4 legged. I've tried other products and none have suited my needs. I prefer to hike and walk in clothing that isn't jeans so a waist band holster just doesn't work. I love how this band stays where I put it. It's not annoying to wear and I can adjust it to wear I want it to sit and where I like my gun to be. This is perfect and I will be recommending to all my friends..male and female!

This is the perfect body holster that holds more than just a nice CZ "P-01" pistol or a S&W "J" frame revolver close to the body while staying 100% concealable but still readily accessible. The belt holds firm up high above the navel or low around the belt line. I have a beefy body builder's build and this belly band holds both positions great on me. You can even use it to hold a ceramic diver's knife to go in dangerous places that do their best to leave you disarmed and vulnerable by making you go thru multiple metal detectors. It also conceals an electronic voice recorder really well too. ;) I have a lot of nice full leather holsters costing over $100 each; multiple kydex/leather hybrid holsters costing around the same... DeSantis pocket holsters, etc... Each has their use and they do it well. This "Belly Band Gun" holster certainly has it's place in my carry rotation/routine. I work in a really "Sharty" area where you have a 1 in 11 chance of being a victim of a violent crime according to FBI statistics for this exact zip code... I'm using this band to keep me safe!

Extremely comfortable, easy fit. Works great with summer clothing.Two issues - the button on the clasp broke immediately.The holster section is way too big for my P238, I wind up using the magazine section instead for that little gun.
