I used to have a little cheese café and cheese shop, Laura Werlin’s little mac & cheese book is the one I always recommend. Once you get the basics down, her methods are the best. My favorite tip is her guidance on how to be strategic with more than one cheese - a melty one, a salty one, a nutty one = flavors and textures that will match what you’re trying to go for with your recipe.

I purchased cookbook for my daughter as a gift however I liked the recipes! Really thought about keeping the cookbook for myself! I do plan on purchasing a copy for myself! The cookbook has some really Great and Easy recipes for making Mac & Cheese. The cookbook has many new ideals for making, this Famous Dish! It has wonderful pictures to show how the product should look after it is prepared for Family or Guest! I would Highly Recommend, this cookbook, to any person that are looking for some new ideas for Mac & Cheese!

Love the book. It's traditional and gourmet. Finally a mac and cheese recipes I can have fun with. I'm Armenian and cheese is a big part of my culture. We eat cheese with fruit, bread before meal, during meal and after meal :)) So this book is so rich with cheesy goodness that it's hard not to find a recipe that you love!

I bought 2, one for me and one for my son's girlfriend who loves Mac & Cheese. I've read the intro and through the recipes but have yet to try. I'm glad I got them for $4.99 because I don't think the original price would be a good value. What I paid is about right.

I've bought this book for so many of my friends and relatives. I wasn't wild about mac and cheese until I found these recipes. There are some minor grammatical problems in the text, but nothing so egregious that it stumps you making the recipe. One word of warning: Some of these recipes can really run you into some serious dough.

It was a present for my Sister-in-law and she loves all things Mac and Cheese. She's happy so my family is happy!

Well written recipe book. Have only tried a couple and they turned out good, but, not great. Actually, my recipe for plain Mac & cheese is far better than the traditional here in this book. Ok, bragging, but it's just a fact that wife and friends back up.

Gift to my daughter, but very well received. Should be good for a young family. Well shipped and arrived on time.
