Great customer service
This fan works great and is very quiet with a nice remote control.After a couple of weeks of daily use I started get a clicking noise when fan rotated back and forth. Sent a message to seller and they got back to me in 30 minutes. They offered to send replacement right out without any hassle. This is what great customer service is.

Nice, but with a flaw.
Good fan, but with the remote only working 20-30% of the time from across my bedroom - It would easily be a 5 Star if the remote worked like it's supposed to. So quiet my wife has to ask me if it's even running - I kind of wanted it to be just a bit louder for the white noise effect, but it's as quiet as a whisper on #4 setting. Nice breeze, wish the remote was better.

Cool air
This fan is really great. It is just like it’s name, hurricane wind. I wanted a fan with a good force of wind and I finally found this floor fan. It’s a little too quiet for me but it’ll work. I love the look of this fan too. It’s a pretty fan. Love it. Perfect size and you can adjust the height. Remote control works ok. Just an added bonus.

The remote control only works if you're within two inches (literally) from the fan. Sort of defeats the purpose.
