I'm only half way thru Vicki's book but am taking it slowly so that I can take in all the information. I have been a member of two Internet courses that Vicki has taught. She really knows her subject matter and gets you very engaged in learning as well. I believe she still has a free course on her website for anyone who is interested. This is an excellent book for anyone who wants to learn more about chakras. Rarely, I noted that she used words that a beginner might not understand. Usually, she was very good about defining terms, etc. I would highly recommend this book and any other work, courses, etc. from Vicki Howie. This earth needs many more individuals like Vicki.

This book is an ABSOLUTE GEM! I have been studying chakras for a while, but this book goes into depth from so many angles I had not learned about. The author is clearly an expert on all things chakras. I am really excited to incorporate what I've learned and read into my own mindfulness practice, with my children and in my coaching business. Beautiful book - all around, both aesthetically and informationally. I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested to unlock the door to understanding our vital energy systems! This book is a must for anyone looking to heal from within and better understand how to naturally align your chakras. Loved!

This was a bad book written by a woman who's demon possessed ...she tried to attack me during one of her exercises on YouTube...where she teaches you how to open your heart chakras and steals life from you...

Amazed by this book! Wow! If you have any interest in chakras this is a must have book. Everyone I've shared it with has wanted their own copy. Beautifully done, and bite size pieces of wisdom and information that a newbie enthusiast like myself can truly enjoy. Educational and inspirational! Well done!

Love the book, was exactly what I was looking for to learn a little more about chakras. Almost bought this at a bookstore but thought to check amazon first and it was cheaper here AND a hardback, so bonus! My only complaint is that it came damaged, there was no protection for the book in the box it was shipped in and the cover is a little beat up. Other than that I’m happy with my purchase.

Vicki has a kind and wonderfully poetic way of engaging the readers, taking them through each of the major chakras. I've learned so much in the process of reading as well as having the pleasure of attending her 'chakra flow' yoga classes! I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in unlocking the energies and secrets of the chakras- any and all levels of experience will be benefited for sure!

Amazing chakra book. Took off a star because i really wish there were more pages devoted to crystra chakra healing. Also their explination of failure to thrive and instructions on manual muscle testing were totally wrong and i work in therapy so that made me cringe.

Excellent introduction to the chakra concept, better than most out there

Just what I was looking for. I'm a yoga teacher and I've read many books on Chakras. Vicki Howie is definitely a true specialist in the subject and I've been following her on YouTube for some time. This book is a very good reference and inspiration.
