My son had a slight iron deficiency and a the other drops we tried tasted TERRIBLE and smelled awful too. While these aren't delicious (it's iron, it can only taste so good) it is quite palatable and my son is much more compliant taking these. The form of iron used is almost more bioavailable than what the other drops had. It solved his iron deficiency issues and we are happy campers now.

Better than all the other iron supplements we’ve tried. It does have a weird aftertaste, but we mix it with juice and the kids don’t notice!

My 18-month-old has been taking this liquid iron every morning. I do think I’ve noticed an improvement in his appetite, which is great.
