The cooling factor works well. I put these seat covers in my small economy car with no AC. Having the windows down is a must in the Florida heat, and these beads allow cool streams of air to blow behind my back so it doesn't get so sweaty and sticky. Would definitely recommend. Downside is, this is made with standard fishing line, so if you're not careful with it, you may stretch the line or break a bead if you don't have the seat cover secured properly.

I put this on the drivers seat of a Ford Escape and fits well. I average 4 hours a day in my car and I like the beaded set covers. This one fit well and is comfortable.

The fish wire broke after a week loosening up some of the beads. Better spend more for higher quality unless you’re using it for a short time
