This product is amazing. I'm a vegetarian so I've been real aware of what I eat and put inside my body. I'm 44 years old, 6 foot 2 and was at 248. That was three months ago when I started taking this. I'm now at 216 pounds without excercise. This stuff isn't messing around. This is the boss. I get it at Dollar Tree for a $1.oo for 30 ct. Three in the morning and three in the evening. When I started taking this it immediately limited my hunger. I can go all day and not eat anything if I want to (but I don't). It's given me that much control. I have also been increasing my fruit, nut, and yogurt intake. I now wake up feeling full and usually have an orange or yogurt for breakfast. Come noontime and I still feel satisfied, working right through lunch. According to the ingredients, this is all natural. This stuff really works. From 248-216 in three months without excrcise.
