My toddler loves this set she got for her 2nd birthday. The shovel is really sturdy, the dump truck too (she tried sitting on it and it didn't break!). Only thing is that if the sand is just a tiny bit wet, it won't fall through the hole easily.

I’ve always been happy with the B. Toys products I’ve purchased, and these are no exception! Bright cheerful colors, sturdy and well-made, and designed with kids in mind. Great for motor skill development and just fun!

My sandbox and dump truck obsessed toddlers LOVE this toy. We have many toys from Battat/b Toys and we love them all and were so excited to get this new sand dump truck toy. My 2.5 and 3 year olds tried it right away and love love love scooping the sand into the sifter, emptying the sifter into the dump truck, then dumping it on the other side of the sandbox. It got bumped around and dropped and it has held up great. The only way it’d be better is if I had two sets so they didn’t fight over it 😂The colors are also super vibrant and fun. It’s very aesthetically pleasing for boys and girls alike.Highly recommended and will probably purchase another at some point! If giving as a gift, I’d recommend adding a gift bag.I hope you found this review helpful 😄

My toddler loves playing with this in our backyard and at the beach. The truck is very large, this set is made out of durable plastic that has withstood several drops. The sand mill has a very small opening that can't fit much besides sand/dirt, water and very small rocks. We wash it off with our house when it gets muddy or too dirty and we leave it outside day and night, it has survived through all weather and it has yet to show any signs of wear and tare.

To encourage creative play, I believe toys must be equally interesting to the caregiver and to the toddler, as well. With moving parts that have a cause and effect, this toy fits the bill. Because the truck can move well on flat surfaces (not so much on sand), there are more opportunities to play with the toy whether at home or at the sand pit. By itself, the truck is a big draw, but with the sand mill, there’s another dimension to play time.
