Informative book and practical guide
As a beginner in learning yoga, I find that this is an informative book and useful as a practical guide to chakras. It explains each chakra and its function with poses/exercises to support the balancing of chakras. I will recommend this book to beginners for better understanding of chakra nodes and functions.

Great Guide!
In a time where you get just stuffed up with pills and 'medical advice', books like this are a nice introduction in a different way of healing yourself from within. It is very detailed and contains very nice information - I highly recommend it!
