This will be 3rd time, I was asked to review this product, I added a few more details this time. Different item shipped, NOT Patterson product. What arrived was Covidien Uni-Patch reusable heavy duty cold pack. No where were the words Patterson or Versa-Pac to be seen. I ordered this after seeing it at Physical Therapy. The P.T. product from Patterson fit in bottom of standard pillow case & easily rolled up. The Covidien that arrived was 23 inches (58.4cm) long from Covidien made in China. It is so long it only fits in the long side of a pillow case which makes for a messy roll up. It does maintain the cold after freezing, as expected, and does work. Product is about 4.5 inches wide, with one extended section that is 5.5 inches. Covidien logo are U.S. & internationally registered trademarks of Covidien AG. One address on the product was for Mansfield, MA.

Best Cold pack for shoulder surgery patients [at home use]
I had major shoulder surgery and had several cold packs already at home that were hard to touch after being frozen. If you have had shoulder surgery - you do NOT want a frozen brick put on your shoulder! I noticed at physical therapy they were using these, they were soft to touch after taking from freezer AND VERY EFFECTIVE. HIGHLY recommend.
