Night Visits Paperback – April 10, 2014

I am at the end of another really really fascinating book, and I am still craving more. Ms. Silver, this is your style of writing but with a fascinating and exciting twist. I wish you would give us a bit more (like another book) on the life of Tamara, Donovan and their children (please pretty please... consider it, write it and publish it), I would appreciate it greatly and enjoy being consumed by more of their story (yes, it is her style of writing, but she went somewhere in her head space for this story... please venture there again).Ms. Silver took a trip to another realm of earth and was able to capture and relay the lifes of another being in another realm, with some really unique, antagonistic and powerful humans with a dash of drama that is so exciting and refreshing to just dive into their story. Oh my word, it's a lot of dry but quirky humor that will have you laughing to tears. You can't help being absorbed into their lifestyle, the drama, the intensity of their emotions and at every twist and turn, there is a surprise waiting to knock you off your feet.Donovan, the warrior, the protector of all he holds dear, the consummate lover and mate... Ooohlalalaa... If only, hmm hmmm. Tamara and her sidekick are a hoot and just too cute (raving lunatics and fiend). Nicola you have yet to arrive but you refuse to hold your punches, continue with your fierce self. Nicolai, ever the subdue, calm and rational one but with a protective streak a mild wide.It goes without saying... Definitely the re-read pile.

This was a unique and original romance. Our heroine is visited in the night by a man who makes love to her. She is totally into it, but doesn't know who he is. Then, he takes her away from her home and holds her prisoner in his home. They continue to get to know each other.The hero is not an average man. In fact, he isn't from Earth. He knows, though, that Tamara is his fated lifemate, foretold by his people. He is also very much in love with her.Tamara has to be very strong, with all the strange stuff happening to her. One way she deals with stuff is an hilarious internal dialogue. She is a crack-up. Another funny thing is that a lot of sex seems to be important to her adjustment to Donovan's people. They are both enthusiastic participants.I can't tell you much about details without ruining the story, but there is action, battles, an evil woman trying to get the hero for herself, and a lot more.

This is a book that kinda throws you off for a second. But...Make no mistake about it, this is a fun read in my opinion. I love the Alpha character in the book. He has a take no prisoner's kinda attitude. He is a man of few words, who lets his actions do the talking. While our Heroine has subconscious talks with her VJayJay, Now I would not normally think of this as being entertaining. But to be honest, I had to laugh. We often hear about how men think with their genitalia, in this case the V was tellin it how it was from her view. She pulled no punches, although slightly skewed at times, the V voiced what our heroine didn't always want to readily admit to herself in the beginning. In the end, love conquers all. Loved it.

You was to ready a crazy book where the female talks to her Vijay-jay well this is the book! Not only does she talks to it but it answers her as well and get this! Donovan is earthly mixed with something else, he sneaks into her room every night and have sex with her because she is his soul mate, but she has never seen his face and the sex is so good she can’t stop. This book will have you wondering if you the crazy person!

This story makes me laugh out loud every time I read it, Tammy's conversations with her hoo-haa are absolutely priceless. Donovan enjoys them as well. There is so much to love in this story, smoking hot sex, battles, telepathy, other planes of existence, bad guys, and babies that talk to their parents before they're born. Great plot, fabulous characters and wonderful writing. Fabulous story Jordan Silver!

This book was outstanding. It took me a long time (years) to decide if I wanted to buy this book because of the description but I am glad I did because it was a great read. I should have known not to second guess my favorite author Ms. Jordan Silver. Once again she hit it out of the park with this awesome story of sex, love, comedy and more sex.

Okay, so I usually rate Jordan Silver's book as "its okay" because I get tired of the POV writing and her writing is very routine and typical for me. Don't get me wrong, I think I read nearly all if not all her books. It's just that I kind of know what to expect from her writing and its not something that can evoke a lot of interaction from me. It's usually super hot but that's about it. This book though...was super hilarious to me and I sensed a little bit difference in her male character. The guy was still alpha bad@$$ but he seemed...I don't know a bit more considerate. The heroine is still the defenseless damsel in distress type (I think she was the weakest link in the book). However, what made this book great was the side characters, her vagina monologue, and of course the kick@$$ children.BTW, another reason why I continue reading Jordan Silver books is that she sometimes surprises me with her heroines...like in the Spitfire series or the Gambler. Those girls...I can totally like...their weak and strong and can go beyond the one dimensional I'm weak damsel in distress type and needs to be dominated or controlled by their lover/husband/mate.

OMG it was so AWESOME, BEAUTIFUL and FUN, I LOVED IT sososo much! I had this book for some time now and I kept moving it lower on my to read list and what a huge mistake that was! This book was super fun and naughty, sweet and cute, it was awesome and I loved it! It kept me glued and turning the page from the first word till the last and I was so sad when it ended because I wanted it to never end. Fingers crossed for a sequel! ^_^

it was different but it was funny and a feel good book , i really enjoyed it and didnt want it to end but i do love all jordans books and eagerly await them , magic , love and fantasy my favourite

This is a slightly different approach to most of Ms Silver's books. Since she writes erotica, if you're looking for traditional romance, go somewhere else but if you enjoy reading erotica, you'll most likely appreciate this story.
