It has been almost a full month of taking myo inositol. I have pcos and major mood swings. I have seen a major improvement in my mood.Less swings for sure. It’s the only thing I have changed this month. It did seem to delay my period. Which I have heard can happen at first as hormones are confused. But I recommend and will be getting more.

I haven’t noticed changes yet. Been taking for a couple of months. I have lean PCOS, anovulatory with androgen access. Infertility, hirsutism, hypoglycemia. This brand is a much better deal than the other I was getting. It did take a long time to arrive, but there is a promotion on the lid offering a free one after you write a review. We shall see if it comes through. I am taking double the recommendation on the bottle as per my OB/GYN’s instructions.

It's easy to swallow and doesn't have this nasty after taste so far I'm doing well

I was skeptical about this product, since I've tried many others without success, but about a week after I started taking it, I ovulated and menses returned shortly after. The pills are a bit large, but that's really the only downside.

Easy to take, 2 a day for the first two weeks with water and 4 a day after that!
