I did not like this product
I did not like this product, i kept having to take it apart to push the phone in the case or it wouldn't charge my phone. Then when trying to charge my phone it would only charge the extra battery and not my phone.

Get a mophie
This is garbage. Got it because I didn't want to spend $100 on a mophie. When i plugged in my charger it only charged the battery not my phone. When I tried to charge my phone using the battery pack it would charge my phone for only 5 minutes at a time. Then I'll click to try to report again and it won't work. Mophie changes your dock into a micro USB and actually works. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a mophie

Don't waste your time
Awful purchase. It says to follow instructions in the user manual but it did not come with a manual. My phone will not charge with the case on. The case will charge my phone for about 10 seconds then turns off and in order for it to do that you have to wiggle the case around. I will be sending this back.

Great customer service and product was of good quality. Shame it did not work with my iPhone 7
I gave it 3 stars because the product did not work with the iPhone 7 The iPhone did not recognize the battery case. Other than that case and product was of good quality. Was disappointed that it did not work. Customer service was excellent, returned product without issue. Very good

Breaks super easy.
It broke very quickly. The battery cover easily slid off and I had connection problems from the start. Then dropping it a short distance knocks the case off and it never went back toget her correctly. The plastic price to charge phone with broke off in my charging port.

Expected more for what I spent
Not too bulky in my opinion but my friends think so. I do concede it is heavy like a brick. Lol. I'm really leaving a bad review because it's a two piece design that slides apart too easily. It's very frustrating. It won't charge because it slides apart to easy. So that combined with the heavy weight has me back on here looking for a new one. Don't by this one unless they can update design to improve functionality.
