Keto Starter Kit by 310 Nutrition - Includes Vegan Organic Meal Replacement Shake, MCT Oil, Shaker Cup and E-Book (Variety)

I have tried meal replacement shakes from so many different companies. All of them tasted like chalk or playdough - GROSS! I had decied I would not waste another dime on them. But after watching some review videos about the 310 Shake and seeing that Amazon offered a starter kit for a reasonable price, I decided to try one more time. The 310 Shakes are amazing! For me to say that is definitely out of character. However, the flavors in these shakes are as described. The Salted Caramel was my favorite. I could taste the nuttieness of the caramel and the slight savoriness of salt. I added a small banana, tumeric, a dash of cayenne, beetroot powder (two capsules), and a tablespoon of the 310 Peanut Butter Powder and I used coconut water as my base. Even without ice I had a thick, tasty, and filling shake that Idrank for breakfast. I am actually disapponted that I used my last shake today. I need to order more.

I was skeptical at first , I have to say I mixed these all with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and it’s only 30 calories, vegan, organic and zero sugar … I loved all 3 of these flavors!! I will say I have a small handheld drink blender and I mix it in there first then throw it in my shaker with an icecube and shake it a little further to keep cold , I do this as the powder can clump up a bit Just by hand shaking . I loved the shakes so much I struggled with deciding which flavors to buy in the bigger bulk package lol very happy with this product !

I only gave 3 stars because I found it chintzy that ordering the "sample pack" here is NOT the same as ordering from the 310 website. I figured for $12.99 it would be the same as the $9 + shipping, but it's NOT. Only got 3 shake packets, the MCT oil and the shaker. On the 310 site, additional samples of greens and teas is included. As far as taste, mixed only with almond or soy milk they're too gritty. Adding ice, frozen fruit and blending makes it WAY better. My friend adds yogurt, bananas, and nuts which helps to keep her full.

I ordered this sample kit to try out the shakes.first of all in order for me to follow through with anything it has to taste great..this did not taste great..the shakes has an after taste from the sweetener they used.. I did not like it and will not buy it again.. sorry.. the shaker cup is useful.. but I hate the taste of the shakes . The Slim fast Keto shakes taste 💯% better than this and it cost way less!!

I thought it came with strips too by the pic, it didn't. The shakes weren't great and don't dissolve well. I tried several ways , whisk, electric blender, etc. And was told it isn't keto. So I am glad I tried the trial pack
