It's perfect since I moved the one from the porch to the front door cause this one was a little smaller than i would have liked. It is very good quality and looks great.

I have purchased 2 WaterHog "commercial" (black rubber bordered) mats for my law office, plus 10 WaterHog "fashion" (colored material bordered) mats for my home. 4 are located inside and 6 are located outside. All are extremely effective and durable. Even the WaterHog mats outside look almost new, and the WaterHog mats inside still do like brand new. Moreover, they are an extremely good value for their price. WaterHog is the only mat I will buy!

I just got it and am using it on my front poach, so I don't know how it will hold up yet. I will update that latter.But for now:The color is true to the picture. It lays flat and big enough to span the width of an average sized outside door, but NOT an oversized door. It is a pleasing size, I think the sisal mats are too small, to help with what I think is pleasing. This color looks well on a plain concrete floor with an medium orange brick home, with white trim.I noticed a strong rubber smell and from the other posts about it causing a problem to their inside floor I could believe their posts...but as my front poach is concrete and after many years not perfect in appearance I was hoping that the rubber would help it stay put and stay flat...and so far it has. As time goes by I will report if I notice any marks.I have not yet tried to shake or clean it, so I can't say how easy it is to do this or how well it releases soil or stands up to cleaning; but it looks clean after months of use. I don't see any dirt accumulating on the top of the mat. I don't see any dirt being tracked into the house. I will also need to report on this latter as we have not had messy weather.

This may has enough of a rough feel that clears off the bottom of my sneakers well. It dries pretty quick from the snow and rain. Even wet, it is still able to do it's job. It came rolled up as expected and it's been a few weeks and it is still not totally flat, but I think once the warm weather arrives, that will change.This is a basic entry mat that does what it is supposed to do. I would buy again for another entry way if I need one.

This is a really nice door mat. Exactly what I was looking for. It is well made, could be a bit thicker, but it works for me. I don't get a lot of heavy traffic and weather is good here but I think it will be very durable and last for a long time. I was always replacing my old mats as they just did not hold up. This is priced very well compared to similar mats of this type of construction on other sites.

I needed an indoor mat that was flat & sturdy enough to avoid being pulled / ripped by the door to the home I rent, which has a sharp edge that tears through any other rug when I opened the door (I can only assume the door was sloppily installed). This mat has done the trick! Although my door still rubs against it, it has not torn or ripped, which is incredible considering the damage my door has done to other mats. It works well in terms of trapping dirt and pet hair from outside, and I no longer have to worry about walking & inside slipping after it rains. So far so good!

I was having problems with pine needles being tracked from the garage to my laundry room despite having a mat at the bottom of the garage stairs and on the landing at the door. These are great! Easy to clean. Liked it so much I have one inside our backdoor now.

A friend has water hog mats at her place, and I was intrigued. I bought one for under our dog’s water, because they splash some when they drink and our kiddo splashed a lot when she could get to the bowl and make a mess. Often the old mat under their water would stay wet underneath. The water hog mat did what it was supposed to do- there was never a huge wet mess under the mat, and the water evaporated away.We have one in front of our entry door, and just like they advertise, it catches a ton of the bits and pieces of leaves and twigs that used to get tracked in all the time. We are totally pleased.
