This may be a stupid question but it says a pack of 1. Does this mean I need to order 2 packs?

That's correct. Make sure you double check the sizes of both wipers. Many cars take different sizes even for the front windshield. I have a Prius so I had to order 3 of these - ordered 3 years ago and they are still as new. I had a new windshield installed last month and I bought another silicone packet here on Amazon and applied it to the new windshield. Remember you can "dry wipe" every few months for 5 minutes to re-activate the silicone on the wipers.

How well does this work with Ice and Snow during the winter? I live in Colorado and need a wiper that holds up to harsh winter conditions.

I use these in eastern Washington and it about 25 to 30 deg most of the time and they great here in snow and ice.

does it come with the Silicon windos solution?

Each blade comes with a packet of window pre-treatment. The blades are made with silicone added in blade material. (as per PIAA) However they are made it's the only blades I will ever buy.

It comes with a silicone wipe to apply silicone to the windshield.
