Hard as rock butter from the refrigerator is not a pleasure to use. A Butter Keeper allows you to leave your butter out and soft while staying fresh. Butter goes bad when exposed to air. Butter Keepers seal out the air with water. Hold one stick of butter (1/2 c)Instruction Card IncludedTo Use- -Allow your butter to sit out until it is soft. Don't microwave soften it, allow it to soften naturally. -Pack the softened butter into the lid -Fill the bottom about 1/3 of the way with cold water. Replace every 3 days -When the lid is in the base, the water creates an air tight seal so your butter stays fresh and spreadable. Change the water every 3-4 days and enjoy soft butter anytime! -Leave on your counter and enjoy!
