The media could not be loaded.  It may have been a fluke and I won the defect lottery, but this arrived not working properly. I assumed the battery was dead from sitting on a store shelf somewhere (no big deal, not all inventory moves fast) so I changed it. The next day, it was off again. When I looked closer, the timing was slow, then skipped forward fast, and sometimes kept time perfectly.My advice: if you buy this watch, it is gorgeous if it works — just make sure you check that the functions work and it is 100% before you throw anything away. I was fortunate that Amazon worked with be because it was defective.

It is exactly the right look and quality I was wanting, I discovered Tissot as a brand buying my wife one, and she loves hers. Stylish plus durable

I bought this watch for my husband last year in feb trusting amazon to deliver good quality watch. We were pretty much happy when we saw the watch delivered on time however since this is tissot watch, the battery life should have been of minimum 2 years and there should not have been a problem setting the date in the watch. I am not sure who to reach out to resolve our concern around the quality of the watch. Can amazon help here?
