We use this product for sinus. My mother uses it -prevents her from having sinus infections. My daughter uses it. And I use it. Can sting because of the pepper but it does it’s job. Very happy with the product.

I've been using Sinol for few years to address my sinus issues. It works very well for me with no habit forming effects. I can use the product whenever needed. Helps me to breathe easier through the night. I highly recommend trying this product. Just note the strong tingling feeling when initially using the product subsides after a minute or so while it begins working. With severe nasal blockage I can use this product multiple times with no side effects. Again, this works very well for me. Hopefully it will do the same for you.

I have noticed the last I ordered sinol it is watered down salt water with no capsaicin in it . I ordered it again and tried it watered down salt water . I tasted it and it does not burn ,sting tongue like before . It absolutely does nothing for you. I won't be ordering again

There is a stinging, burning sensation that lasts for a few seconds after spraying this up your nose, but not severe. I have had a problem with stuffy nose when sleeping for a long time. I don't like nasal decongestants because of the rebound effect when they wear off. I have used Nasal Crom for several years, but it is expensive and has become less effective over time. The Sinol-M is fast acting and lasts most of the night. Overall, it works better than anything else I have tried.

This stuff works very well for my particular form of allergy which is this: something in air irritates my nose, it gets itchy, and within a minute or two I am sneezing, and can't stop, and once I start sneezing that can be the start of a day long cycle of sneezing and the head filling. But with Sinol-M, I just spray a bit right away when I feel some itchiness in the nose, and it kills the itchiness, and the cycle never starts. Head never fills up. Sort of burns a bit, which I think is what kills the itchiness. But I am docking the product one star because the bottles are incredibly small and get used up way too fast for a product like this at this price point. They are the size of the little free samples of product your doctor gives you of stuff, not the size of a paid product. Come on, let's not be so stingy for a paid product. Otherwise, good stuff.

When I was first told about this product, I had my doubts. Drug and chemical free, and still works for sinus and allergy relief? Oh come on! But I tried it. And it DOES. I won't sugar coat it, it feels a little like you stuffed a lit match up your nostril for about 3 seconds, but after that you'll have allergy relief for hours. I've stocked up, because this year has been bad (for allergies and everything else!)

It seems to be lacking the active ingredients and no longer works.
