I don’t think there is a size chart. Not good. All I can tell you is I have a 23.5” head. I ordered an XL and it fit perfectly. I believe Contacted the seller or the company to get size advice. It’s a great hat!

Q: What’s the dimensions for the large hat and x-large??

The large seems to fit a max of 71/4" hat size but quite snug. Im pretty sure the xl is much better for 7 1/4 and up.
