Better off buying cooling mats!
Really disappointed in these. Not finding them cooling at all. Just a horrible material that is too slippery to be comfortable.Now switched over to two cotton pillow cases with cooling mats inserted into them and this works a million times better!Don’t waste your money on these.

Isn’t very cooling
Used for first time last night as it was so warm but it didn’t keep me cool, in fact my head felt quite sweaty. Won’t be using again
