The stools are fine but I gave a 4 because the smell of paint coming out of the box is overwhelming. We left the stools outside overnight hoping to air them out a bit but the smell is still there.

I expected these to be basic and not very sturdy but I'm pleasantly surprised by how well they are made. They fit perfectly under the breakfast bar in my apartment! So happy with my purchase!

Solid stools.
Good quality stools. Tried the 30" ones and they were too tall to get my legs under the bar. These are perfect for me. I've had them for 2 months and they're super solid.
