Excellent sound.
More bass and clearer midrange. No more treble than factory speakers. MUCH LOUDER due to better efficiency. Highly recommended.

Good speakers, terrible quality control and tech dept.
These are great sounding speakers. They are worth the money. J & M needs help in the quality control dept and definitely in their tech dept. Received these speakers and when I unpacked them. I found that the wire connectors are the opposite of the OEM ones. I called their tech dept and asked if I should switch the connectors since Pos and Neg have different sized connectors. Their Tech guy told me to just hook them up, that it wouldn't make any difference. He could not have been more wrong. They are marked Pos and Neg for a reason. Be prpared to cut and splice the connectors.

Short lived
Put these on my goldwing. These speakers sounded pretty good for a while. After about 1 year they sound like cheap junk. Never been wet.

Audio upgrade with ease...
The aftermarket speakers fit exactly in the same position as the OEM speakers, however, the sound quality is significantly better. If you want to do an audio upgrade to your Goldwing without major modifications this is the way to go.

Do NOT improve sound.
Was trying to improve sound on my motorcycle.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!These speakers haven't improve sound in any shape or form.Try something else.

Do not expect too much of a difference in sound quality
The sound improved a little but I was not very impressed. It has less distortion than the OEM but I honestly was hoping for a deepest sound. The price was right and installation a breeze.
