Well made, reasonably easy to install,
Great build quality, plenty of accessories to allow you to fit it to your helmet.Sound for connection to phone is loud and clear.Easy controls to use.Connecting to none Sena headsets is a faff.A usb-c connection would have been nice, but it uses the older micro usb for charging.Battery life is brilliant.App is easy to use and has not failed on me yet despite low reviews on the play store.Takes a bit of setting up to get the correct volume levels for different functions, such as playing the radio, whilst on an intercom call, and also the level of phone ringer. If you are not careful, the phone ringer can come through extremely loud.My only real gripe is that sometimes the connection between 2 headsets can be crackly with interference (on both headsets). This is only every so often but I've not yet found a solution. Also on occasion there is a slapping noise that comes down the headset. Not offensive, but worth mentioning. Sounds like a helmet strap slapping the side of a helmet, which it is not. Again only every so often.Claims of distance are over exaggerated. I'm sure in line of sight with no building or vehicle interference this might be true, but in real terms you will start losing connection 300 meters apart.I have nothing to compare this against as this is our first set of headsets. Despite the minor negatives I mentioned above I would recommend.[Update] after much testing I have determined that this headset (and likely other brands) are not compatible with a Samsung Galaxy Watch. What I mean by this is there is interference down the headset whilst in intercom mode, streaming music, and wearing a Samsung Galaxy Watch.Leave the watch at home and there is no interference. I'm guessing it's some sort of competition for the Bluetooth channels.

Decent but needs work
The divice works how it should to a point, the phone has to be constantly unlocked to be able to use voice commands with the intercom button and sound quality is abit below par. Unfortunately, it's only just abit better then my other £60 intercom.

Excellent Product - Needs time to get confident with buttons!
Packaging - excellent packaging and layout. Everything was well later out and presented. Could do with a delegate checklist to check and layout prior to installation for ease of identifying all the little bits and pieces.Installation - I watched one of Sena's online videos for the unit and didn't read the instructions. The quick guide was a good reference for use but there should be something similar for set up as the pictures were a little small. Actually putting it together was simple and once I had the cables routed a doddle. Slightly more difficult on the second helmet but nothing to do with the product! Fit feels very secure to the helmet. I see why people are concerned about the clip on the main body but it is secure just doesn't inspire huge confidence with no discernible clunk!!Use - This is were I came unstuck not reading the manual first and going straight into it!!! But after a LOT of button pressing and then admitting defeat and reading the manual it was relatively straight forward to pair up and get connected to phone and Sat Nav. I used the smart phone app to preset radio stations and that worked well but the app could do with a auto store setting!Overall - Excellent product looks and feels expensive and user friendly once I have had a good play I think the button combos will become more natural! Looking forward to using it on the road!!

a good range, and a good looking unit
Some clear changes from the 20S (such as the pins being on the main unit, not on the helmet mount, and no extendable aerial. However most of the functions you'd need, a good range, and a good looking unit. When intercommed with another 10S works easily and fine, bar occasional disconnections, which require one or both of us to restart our units. Not easy while on the move.I had to use the sticky mount with my helmet and in warm temps (think left in a tent on a warm day, the unit will fall off).So not without it's shortcoming and faults, but most of the time works quite nicely.

Great piece of kit
Did a lot of research before buying this and can say that I am very pleased with it. Audio quality is extremely good although at higher speeds the volume seems quite low. However, would you really want to feed high volume music into your ears for a couple of hours on end? Paired with my iPhone 6s easily and manages calls and music very well. I use the TomTom GO navigation app and it works brilliantly with this, lowering music volume to give the directions priority. Microphone for a full-face helmet is very good. People I call say it is crystal clear with little discernible wind roar or noise from the bike. One thing I really like is that pressing and holding the phone button brings up Siri and I can just say "Call wife" or whatever.

great bit of kit
It does what it states very well but sometimes the sound quality on calls and music is distorted but that could be down to signal quality and environment etc. Im really happy with it. the one thing I will say is the FM radio receiver could be better.. it must have a very basic antenna. other than that its really living up to expectations

Sound quirky
Has quirks and instructions basic. Had to go online to make necessary adjustments. When using GPS sound level starts low and gradually increases on its own. No way to set starting volume level. So you miss initial instructions. You have to be listening to music or something else in order to have proper sound level. No instructions on how to fix this problem.
