When they work they're great, but...Bought 4 NEW cameras, by the second night of use 2 of them had developed a problem with night vision. Amazon Support quickly sent out replacements and I was happy. Two weeks later one of the original 2 and one of the replacements also failed, Amazon rerplaced one but referred me to Zosi Warranty for the other one. So far, they all had the same problem; great picture during the day but, at night, the IR LED's were on but the image was black. Diagnostics showed the cameras were remaining in day mode all the time, because the IR cutout filter had failed. The Customer Service Rep at Zosi, Cathy, worked with me, politely listened to my frustration, and I got a replacement camera a few days ago. Let's see what happens in the next two weeks...To sum up: Bought and installed four cameras, four cameras pooped, replaced and re-installed four more cameras. That sure looks to me like a 100% failure rate, equipment wise.-----------------------------------Update:May 1, 2021Zosi Customer Service Support wrote me asking me change the review above from 1-star to 5-star. Below is my reply to them:This is called a "Product Review", not a "Customer Service Review".Your service (Customer Service) was good and I mentioned your performance as a CSR, by name as you asked, in a positive manner.The product (Mod. # 1AC-2612B-WS-N) reflects sub-standard manufacturing practices as it relates to its poor Quality Control at best, and, possibly some combination of bad design, low quality components, poor assembly protocols, human fatigue, etc., at worst.When I become aware that Zosi has their quality under control, as determined by a lower failure rate on this item, I will gladly update again my review on the product to reflect the improvement.I will not compromise my moral standards by lying about a bad product giving it 5 stars. My review stands.

Bought this as part of my upgrade to an existing system. I went from 720 to 1080p cameras and replaced the one by the front door with this one. Image is a bit more detailed than the previous one during the day, but the color is off. Probably should have returned the camera, but it is usable. At night, it suffers from "light blob" which seems to be fairly common with these low end cameras. The IR leds create the equivalent of a flashlight effect in the middle of the image, which you can clearly see on this image. But it does let you see what is going on, so I cant com;lain too much.

I have this Zosi Security cam connected to an 8ch DVR along with 3 other HD cameras. Operating it in HD/1080p mode as well. I purchased it at the end of April 2020 and for the first few months, I LOVED it. Night time image was always okay (respectable) but day time image clarity was super.Just 4-5 months later (August/Sept), the image quality suddenly degraded severely -and has since stayed that way. It's like the camera lost its focus or "HD capability". See BEFORE and AFTER video snapshots. Cleaned the power and RG59 (video) connectors. Cleaned the lens. Rebooted the DVR. Switched the power supply. Nothing helped.All my other 1080P cams continue to operate nicely. So seems like I either got unlucky with this camera or there's a durability issue with it. Too late for Amazon return.

This is the second Zosi camera I have tried and,I like the first, It did not work. I am using a Zosi power supply and a Zosi 50 foot cable. Using a voltmeter I checked the power supply and it was working. I also tested the 50 foot cable and it, too, was getting the proper voltage to the camera. This camera flashed a millisecond of light on the RV screen (like the first) and stopped working. Enough is enough. I will return it (returned the first one this afternoon) and opt for a better camera.

I have 3 of these camera and for what I paid I am satisfied with the performance. I have paid much more for cameras and quite frankly the small improvement in picture quality is not worth the money in my opinion. the picture is clear and the night vision is quite good. I will buy them again when the need arises.
