Digital sculpting was used to help create the figurines and accessories. - 3D digital data helped capture observations and make modifications at a very early stage. - The prototype master patterns were created using 3D rapid prototyping in order to capture the fine details of the face and body. - The master patterns were used to develop soft silicone tooling for casting the various parts of the figurines. - Cast parts were prepared, meticulously painted by hand and then assembled to create the final form. - Uniform tailoring required careful fabric selection, color match and fitting. Patterns were created and accurate patch details were added depending on the different military units. - The final prototypes were moved forward into production where steel tooling was developed and used specifically for "Nashmi".
