Ideal for my use good sturdy handle to hold have not tried out yet but sure it will be sharp

Knife seems a good weight and cuts well, only had a month, so will have to give it a bit longer to see how well it holds an edge.

Purchased this knife based on some good reviews and also the price. I used the knife to butcher a fresh turkey and this knife made really easy work. The knife is seriously sharp so be careful but did a great job. Well balanced and easy to hold. I am not a butcher by any means but this knife is a must for jointing and boning meat, well recommended.

Not as sharp as I'd like and it doesn't hold sharpness well at all after sharpening. Would give it a miss next time I need a new knife
