These are by far the best cutters I have ever purchased. I plan on purchasing the rest of Tronex's tools as well. So you haven't seen the last of me seller. Thanks for such a great product at such a great price.

I've had these cutters for over a year. They beautifully cut 14 gauge copper, brass, silver filled and sterling. I've used them on 10 gauge silver filled and copper as well, but not often as that gauge exceeds the recommended specs. There is a VERY slight pinch in the middle, but not enough of one that prevents a jump ring from closing neatly. I rarely feel the need to file it away but when I do all it takes is a few swipes with the file. I usually saw cut all my rings for chain maille but often wind up a ring or two short. I can easily just hand cut them with these cutters and they close very well. It takes a very sharp eye to find the few rings cut with these pliers. That's how close to saw cut they are. I have a drawer full of other "supposed" flush cutting pliers that I don't touch now that I found these. They are pricy but well worth it. Customer service is also excellent. When I called about different materials other than copper, they said I could send them samples and they'd test cut with their cutters so I didn't risk damaging mine. They had a very prompt turn around and I got my results in about a week. Highly recommend these USA made pliers and company.

I am a jeweler, and I make quite a few copper bracelets and rings...several daily in fact. I can honestly say these are the BEST cutters I have ever used. I made audible sounds of glee as I cut through 10 gauge wire with minimal effort. I am a girl, and I have small hands, and don't consider myself to be all that strong. Most other cutters I really have to struggle with that thicker wire to cut it.With Tronex, I don't struggle too much, and if I do have to grip a bit tighter, the cut is still incredibly flush. Filing is not such a chore any more as a result. I will definitely be buying more of these!!!!!! Thanks!

My expectations were not met with these expensive pliers. The cot is not as clean and smooth as described especially for the price !

Reliable, ergonomic and I unphased by any use.
