I have five of these in fountains and bowls throughout my front and back yards. They make for a lovely sound during the day and a very pretty, bright little fountain at night. There's no end of sunshine here, so they are charged up plenty and work well, even for a few hours after sundown. Sure, if the sun isn't bright or strong enough, the spray won't be all that high during the day, and the lights won't last long into night. But, for the deep days of blistering summer, they work very well. They inhibit mosquito production, as well. Keep the filter clean and the bowl/fountain full, and they'll do the job just fine. No complaints.

I put the fountain in my birdbath and both the birds and I enjoy it. It works great when the sun is shining directly on it. However, the solar battery doesn’t seem to hold much of a charge. When the sun shifts, and it is in the shade, it just gives little spurts of water. The lights are pretty at night but they don’t always come on. Maybe I just have my birdbath in too much shade for it to work properly.

This is a great little fountain. Works as soon as you set it in the water, no on or off button. You can watch the fountain shoot a foot higher when it gets in direct sunlight but still works in the shade or the dark. The lights are great but will attract bugs at night so beware of that if you're putting it in a pool.

I us it for splash play with my toddler. I have a large round plastic bucket that keeps drinks cold fill it with water add fountain hours of fun on a hot day. Would be nice it it worked better in partial shade but for the price it was worth it. This does require full sun.

This foundation works well, but not as well as another brand I bought a month later. It doesn't run well when it's overcast like the other brand does. It also doesn't light up at night as long as the other fountain. But, I still enjoy it.

The media could not be loaded.  2 week Update:No mosquito larvae so far!But… the thing sputters when not under direct bright sunlight.I consider this a feature more than a bug, but it might mine might be defective. The fountain sputters on for a second or two and then stays off for a couple of seconds and repeatedly cycles between spurting and resting.I find it ideal because it keeps the water agitated at nearly all times, which helps with preventing mosquitos from breeding.I like it. It works well and immediately.The motor appears to shut off when not in water, which is awesome.But most of the heads are too strong to use long term, as they splash too much of the water out.

The media could not be loaded.  Easy to use.Worked really well for our little home made deck fountain. Solar like was bright and lasted awhile and fountain stream was impressive in full sun.Unfortunately, it Just suddenly stopped working after 2 weeks. We had regularly rinsed out the filter and made sure there was always enough water in the container.Giving it 2 stars because when it worked, it worked perfectly, but only 2 stars since it only last 2 weeks. And several of those days were rainy and dark so it wasn’t evening running.Update July 21, 2023Customer service reached out after seeing my review. They sent me a replacement and so far, so good! It’s been working as expected and I really love this little thing. Birds even accidentally flipped it over and when I turned it right side up it continued to run.If the product lasts the rest of the summer, I would feel comfortable changing my review from 2, to 4, to 5 stars.Definitely worth a try since the company is standing behind their product!

This fountain has a variety of nozzles and lights for a short time in the evening. The plastic tube extensions are a big plus because it keeps the fountain away from the edges to avoid unnecessary water loss. As with any solar powered fountain, it does require full sun for at least 6 hours to function properly. It will only spray intermittently with less. I've only used it for 3 weeks so don't know how durable it will be.

I like it because its beautiful at nightdon't like because on day time we can't put it whole day , if we put whole day than at night won't work
