Package: very well package in a box, inside content wrapped in tissue paper.Install: Very easy. It takes like around 15 minutes to put it together.Music: last 30 minutes, different lullabies. All of them very soothing, good invite for baby sleep.Rotation: clockwise only.Batteries: 2 AA. Not included, must unscrew back cover to insert them.Buttons: 4, power, music/rotation, back and forth (for music).Accessories: you can get independent accessories to switch figures/ colors.The music/rotation button has the following options depending on how many times you depress the button: rotation alone, music alone, music and rotation together.The baby was given to, seems to love it. He stares at the figures, and calms down with the music.I recommend this product.

The musicbox stopped working after 2 days of the eligible return….Used less than a monthSuper expensive for what it is and especially now that it broke down

Update: the company contacted me and was so kind. They replaced the mobile and it works like a dream! My son was back to happy watching it!!! Thank you so much to this company for coming through!!!The mobile visually is stimulating for my son, his favorite function was the spinning function. Unfortunately, the spinning function stopped working after about a week. He loves the look of it and so do it so we are keeping it, but I have to find a new motorized part to use it.

Our baby is 6 weeks old. I felt bad about baby just staring at the blank ceiling when she’s awake in the crib, and wanted to get her something visual to look at so she can get some nice brain stimulation. I did not expect how much she would like the product. She would look at it spin around and around with amusement and smile, kick her legs in excitement, coo and laugh a little, and it even calms her down and helps her sleep- which as all new parents know anything that does that you just buy. The music is also beautiful, it’s unlike the usual high energy annoying kids music- it’s so soothing I could fall asleep listening to the music. Customer service is also so great, very responsive and helpful with any issue, even though I have no time and sleep deprived, I am making a point to leave a positive review for this product.

This is probably the best thing I've bought for my baby, he absolutely loves it! It's really well made and I like that it has other songs besides the standard nursery rhymes. The music sounds really good too. I put it on my baby's bassinet and he spends hours staring at it and smiling, he's two months old. I don't leave a lot of reviews but this product is 100% worth it.
