I ordered a guitar I just wanted to work, the electrical system was defective. The shipper took 130$ off the refund because the original box was not returned.they did not care that the guitar was useless, obviously a scam they frequently utilize on their customers.

Always wanted an Ovation and now I have one. Easy to play for a beginner like me.

When opening the box I heard loose parts inside of Guitar, I was able to remove but when playing I heard the A string have annoying buzz. I tried calling Ovation but North America representative, never got a call back. Very frustrated with lack of response. Not wanting to ship unit back I loosened the strings up to see if I could resolve the issue. There was no nut or washer on one side of bridge and the other side had a loose nut. Hand tighten and seems to have resolved. Still not happy with lack of response from Ovation. I do not blame the Reseller as this was factory issue. If Ovation would have called back and let me know if customer fix was proper it would have made for a more pleasant experience. Unfortunately this is what happens when products are shipped and not picked up in a store. Lack of Customer Service.

I'm an older, beginning guitarist, so I wasn't looking to spend a lot of money. For what I did spend, I think I've gotten every dollar's worth. Thanks

Was hesitant to buy without trying it first but pleasantly surprised. Plays nice. Good action. Slight buzz one string but a tune up will most likely fix this. Overall quite happy with it.

I was a little reluctant in ordering this, as I'd never ordered an 'online' guitar before.It arrived sturdily packed and already tuned, so it was just a case of hammering out a few tunes with a new amazing depth and quality!

Eine Gitarre, wie ich sie mir schon immer gewünscht hatte. Ein runder aber dennoch flacher Korpus, der das Volumen für den ton voll und satt wiedergibt, ein Griffbrett, das auch für kleinere Hände geeignet ist. Die Ausgewogenheit zwischen Bass, Höhen und Mitten ist erstaunlich und für meine Anwendungen super. Sie lässt sich tgut und schnell spielen. Mit der blauen Farbe der Decke ist die Ovation ein echter Hingucker und was zum Hinhören. Durch das leichte Gewicht liegt die Gitarre super in der Hand und ich freue mich auf die nächste Spielbegegnung mit ihr. Die Tonabnehmer habe ich noch nicht getestet, da ich gerade kein Gitarenkabel habe. Ich werde auch da zufrieden sein, da bin ich sicher.

Très déçu qu'il soit fabriqué en Chine..mais très bonne qualité pour le prix.....une ovation à 800 dollars, faut pas demander la lune...qualités sonores incroyables pour le prix ....je recommande fortement merci
