The media could not be loaded.  Such a brilliant purchase! It actually supports my neck unlike a lot of other pillows I have had in the past DEFINITE RECCOMEND!

My 4 year old really likes the head support, however it doesn't actually stop her head slumping forward as advertised - and I could have purchased a much cheaper head support to do the same thing - I can't find anyone to contact either - with such a big write up of the product and all it claims to be it's an expensive mistake. My daughter likes it along the lines of a soft toy and won't let me return it - but it does not do the job it was purchased for - to stop her head slumping while in a child seat in a car.Really disappointing and left me out of pocket!I'd quite like some contact from amazon or the seller actually!!

This is my first Amazon review and I am taking my time out to write it because I spent some time researching what type of travel pillow to buy, and am so happy with this product. I bought my Bcozzy for a 30 hour journey to Australia, and it worked perfectly. I have always come off of flights with very sore neck pain, mostly because my head falls right onto my shoulder or onto my front with no support. I wrapped the Bcozzy tightly around my neck and it held my head in place, whilst being nice and cosy. I slept very well for the length of the journey and the exhaustion that was setting in.I most recently took my Bcozzy on a camping trip in the outback, and while I do agree that the Bcozzy became quite warm in those temps, I just took it off and slept with my head resting on it which was actually quite pleasant and provided good structure for my sleep.I am quite a small person (5' 2'') so I bought a child size one, and I feel like that worked very well for my neck size!So happy with it!Nothing is ever perfect, but this product ticks so many boxes. Try it out :)

it doesn't support the neck as it is not that strong. better than nothing but still description and pictures are misleading. I am sure this blond woman puts effort to keep her head up, for the purpose of the advertisement

Having travelled many thousands of air miles over the years and tried 'ordinary' neck pillows and airline pillows I can honestly say this is the best neck pillow ever. It supports the head extremely well and depending on how you 'wear' it means your head does not flop around. It is multi positional which means you can use it to suit your own requirements. I have always struggled to sleep on long haul flights because I cannot get comfortable in the semi-upright position, but this pillow is worth every penny, I slept very comfortably and very well and with no sore neck muscles on waking. I am buying a second one for my husband and would recommend this product to anyone!

AMAZING! I’ve been searching for a proper chin supporting travel pillow for ages and I’ve finally found it! I have a really bad neck (for a 28 year old!) which has a tendency to drift to the left but when I fall asleep sitting upright in either my wheelchair or my chair at home my neck falls so far to the left and drops so far forward that both my ear and chin are resting on my chest.I’ve tried so many different chin support pillows, such as the j-pillow which was good but was very dependent on you not moving while asleep, I’m pleased to say that the search is finally over now that I’ve found the BCOZZY!!! And what’s best is that while it can support your neck all the way round you can also have it in different positions to suit your needs so it’s a win win!Whilst it is a bit more pricey than other chin supporting travel pillows it’s definitely worth every penny! I’m hoping to buy another one to keep in the car in case I forget to take it with me!

I purchased this as I was going to Australia, taking 2 flights. I did find it comfortable and supportive. It stopped my head from dipping forward and cradled me if I put my head slightly to the side. I didn’t sleep very much, but I think that is more about me rather than the effectiveness of the pillow. I gave it 4 stars because it is the best pillow I’ve tried, but I deducted one star as I thought the price was too much for the actual product. c£20 is more apt.

well made and good design .we have bought this for my wife who has dementia .she was sitting in her wheelchair with her head down .this keeps her head up with nice soft support .now she can see whats goin on when we take her out .very happy with it so far
