My family has been eating this pasta for the last couple of months and it is the best! High in fiber low in calories. It tastes amazing you would never know it was any different. I have lost over 75 pounds while continuing to eat pasta regularly. It cooks just like normal pasta but is even better for you. I can’t recommend it enough!

Cooks well, tastes like pasta, eat 2x as much for the same calories as normal pasta and get more filling fiber!

This stuff is great, 200 cal for a cup and a half? Sign me up! Tastes exactly like any other box pasta, super satisfying. Kind of expensive, but worth it in my opinion.

I am Italian, and this is my go to food often. I have tried several other low carb pasta options. This is by far the best tasting, compared to store bought pasta.If trying for first time definitely go with an extra 5 minutes cooking time. It will still be aldente. It is too firm at 17 minutes.

It tastes pretty good for a non-flour pasta, but it takes around 30 minutes to cook.
