Disappointed in the portable charger
Purchase this item and only used it 4 times at most it will not charge , just a green solid light on and the solar never did work . Anyone have any ideas of how to get the charger to take charge? I don’t see a reset .

Battery works, not really for solar.
The solar panel is not enough to maintain the charge but the battery itself is nice. I wall charge it and get about 2+ recharges for my s21 phone.

I received the 36800mAh by mistake lol. I wanted the 20000mAh because I was traveling to Australia and security get goofy with anything over 27000 so I took it with me without knowing. It went through without a problem so 🤷🏻♂️. So it’s pretty nice having that extra juice. It’s much more compact than I was expecting. The duel USBs at a plus. Solar takes a looooong time to charge but if it’s fully usb charged then it’ll maintain it pretty well. Takes a while to charge that way too but it’s a lot of power. I’d definitely buy this product through this seller again. (The compass and carabiner for your backpack are a nifty touch too.)

Not a solar charger
I bought 3 of these for a camping trip. I fully charged them before we left. They do work well as long as they are charged so if you are looking for a portable battery...um sure... As far as the solar charging, that doesn't happen. We were camping for 4 days and were religious about keeping these in the direct sun all day.. and they never charged... We have been home three days now and they have still been sitting in the direct sun since then ( as long as the sun is out) and they still have no charge AT ALL. I will be packing these up and returning them. I will be looking at other similar items. I like the idea of a solar back up but if nothing is plugged in and they have sat for now several days in the sun with no charge...this is not what I paid for or what was advertised
