Just received it and used it to make pork chops and Brussel sprouts on the grill last night. It tasted awesome! Read the directions and do the prerequisites they suggest to get the grill and griddle prepared, as well as the "dry run". After making a mess of it everything cleaned up exceptionally well and easy. It was the first time, but hoping the trend continues. If it does I will be more than happy with the price vs use. Side note, even though it has a fan for smokeless cooking, the odors are still strong if used inside. There is no carbon filter, just a fan to keep things moving...

This is a nice piece of equipment. It is very easy to take apart and clean, which is a bonus. I found that if I hung around 350° for meats that they seared perfectly. I'm going to be using this a lot

I had to get a replacement for the first one I ordered because the heating element would not heat up.Amazon was very quick in sending me a new one on its place.This grill is awesome! When cooking on it there is no smoke and all the grease collects in the drip pan.The griddle is great for frying eggs,bacon and making pancakes.I highly recommend it.

Great buy. The instructions should be larger in the book. My son who doesn’t cook, Grilled steaks and corn on the Cobb and the meal was great. The only downside is that I have to store this big thing. But it worth every penny.

My fiancé loved the smokeless grill! He has been using it almost nonstop!! The grill truly makes the food just as if it were on an outside grill!

It’s awesome. Cook steak in less than 10 min. No need to watch over while it grills.

This was a gift for my daughter and son-in-law. They say it works great. Definitely nice for cooking indoors during the winter.

I have to say this item does cook well but the one problem I am having with it is that it is not smokeless like it as described it fills my house with smoke. I don’t understand why, but I don’t recommend it if you are looking for something that will not fill your house with smoke Even using the fan as following the directions. So I would say I’m disappointed was looking for something that would not fill my house with smoke.
