Totally a great purchase, well worth the money!I am not sure why I put off getting a hydration bladder for my backpack for so long.This one is just as good as my girlfriend's camelback, and I actually prefer the look of the clear tubing anyway.The bite valve on this seems superior to the camelback as well.Minus one star because it would have been nice to have some way of clipping the bladder upright in my backpack (the camelback does have a moulded clip for exactly this purpose)Protip: fill it 1/3 or 1/2 with water and freeze it, then fill the rest with tap water before your excursion, enjoy cold cold water all day!

Seems very well put together. Connections seem substantial and don't leak. The bite spout works better than other bladders I've used. I bought it for my son but find myself using instead of my platypus bladder when he's not with me. It has a nice wide mouth for easy filling, which I've found is a must, especially for back woods use. The only slight complaint I have is that the eyelet on the top of the bladder, which is intended to secure it to a bladder compartment in a compatible backpack is very small and is hence very difficult to use. With the price and quality in mind this is a great buy.

I have been using this for the last few months in my hydration backpack and it works great. I still get some plastic taste but not nearly as bad as I've had with other brands. I suspect the taste is coming from the hose rather than the bladder itself. So far I haven't encountered any leaks either. It would be nice if the bite valve came with a cover so it doesn't get dirty when not being used.

It arrived fast and the product is perfect. Amazing

I love this product. The only negative is that they made the fill up hole small, I liked the older ones where the hole for adding water was bigger.

Great quality product. Easy to use, leak free bite valve. Thicker material in the pouch will last a long time and won't puncture easily. I found it difficult to get all the water out for storage, so it could benefit from a drain plug or something to be able to get all the water out.

Very nice product and a great value! Washed, rinsed, drew water through the bite valve & air dried outside before using. Water tasted normal and fresh. Can't get the water out totally when done, but used a paper towel to soak up extra water. A snap-on mouth cover would help.

It has a large opening and is easy to fill with ice before you put the water in. The bite guard makes sure it doesn't leak when not drinking and its pretty easy to use. Fits my hydration pack perfectly. My only complaint is after a couple hours the water gets that plastic taste.
