It has arrived in a timely manner. Will not use it till Thanksgiving for at least a 15 lb. turkey. It is light weight but for me that is a plus at 74 yrs of age and bad hands. The rack also has handles which is a plus for lifting items out of the pan. Pan handles seem to be well riveted so should last for many years. I learned years ago that if you start roasting a turkey breast side down the white meat will be moist as the fats from the back will almost self baste it and this will make it easy to do that without the breast getting a little flat. Once cooked you turn it breast side up for browning. I also use the roasting bags. Nicest roasting pan I have ever had.

Bought this pan as I needed to “up my game” on the Thanksgiving dinner cooking. This set was super easy and made the process very seamless.The pan material does a great job capturing heat, and the handles are sturdy for taking the pit in & out.Despite the burnt on drippings from the turkey, the pan was very easy to clean with a little soap and some hot water.Only downside is the black grate is starting to chip / wear after just two cookings. I’m hoping this will last longer.

I ordered this pan to cook my Thanksgiving turkey in. The rack and roasting pan held the 20 pound turkey perfectly. I was also able to make the gravy right in the pan. Very reasonably priced and worked perfectly.

I bought a long time ago to use when I cook a turkey. It was inexpensive and my good one walked away. Well I paid a lot for it. This one I finally used and was great. Clean up was easy. But I did notice some pealed paint along the grate, but not much. This is work for now and last I think maybe five years or more? Good enough for the money.

Smoked a 20lb turkey and it worked excellent. Caught all the juices and helped keep it moist!Easy to clean and store away!

Pulled my Xmas turkey out of the freezer to thaw and discovered all of my roasting pans were too small. Amazon to the rescue! This pan is well-made, sturdy, and, most important when dealing with a good size bird, lightweight. The fact that a rack is included is a huge bonus. I looked at similar pans in this price range locally and most were thin and flimsy, with floppy handles and no rack. I've used it several times since the holidays and I'm still super impressed. This is an awesome roasting pan at a reasonable price.

I used this to make my first thanksgiving Turkey. It turned out AMAZING. However, my dear husband decided to make prime rib in it at 500° so it melted the button and the rack as well. I’m still happy with my purchase. We got two good uses out of it. Just wish my husband didn’t put it at 500° ruined my pan, but I’ll buy again 😂

We have used this roeaster for a large family gathering. Cooked a lge turkey. It was eas y to take out of oven to baste and easy to take out to let stand before carving. A breeze to clean too.
