I was worried about ordering this desk because of the lack of reviews (at least that I could see) but the seller seemed to have good reviews on other products so I bit the bullet and went for it. I'm so glad I did.I had a huge and heavy rectangular desk that just wasn't meeting my needs as a gamer and streamer. So I wanted an L-Shaped desk that would take up less space in my room and give me a better layout for my streaming set up. This one definitely fits the bill. Plenty of space for all my stuff while still keeping it within easy reach. The monitor shelf has relieved the back pains associated with leaning forward and tilting my head down to look at my screens. Plenty of leg space that allows me to keep my computer tower under the desk without impeding my leg position.Assembly was easy enough to do on my own, though it did take me several hours (probably about 4) but the instructions were well written and the accompanying pictures were very helpful to make sure that all parts were correctly positioned when putting it together. Definitely make sure that you only hand tighten all the screws until instructed to tighten them down all the way. As the desk goes together, it needs some wiggle room to allow the parts to fit together at first. The throwaway allen (hex) key that comes with it is obviously cheap so you might want to have your own 5/32 or 4mm key handy or just be super careful when you're using it to make sure you don't round it out before you're done putting the desk together.Everything came well packaged and labeled so there was no damage to any of the components and it was easy to determine which part was needed for each step.

Giving a pretty basic review, since it hasn’t been long since I’ve received and built the desk. So far, pretty solid desk and I do really like the space and the little accessories such as the headphone and cup holders and the outlets attached to the desk. The desk is fantastic, except for the RGB lights. It’s pretty much a sticky strip that you tack onto the underside of the secondary table and plug in. It’s not even all that sticky and starts falling off after a little while (about 3 or 4 days). Even with the flimsy brackets provided to keep it up, it doesn’t really do much to help. If you don’t care about the lights and you exclude it from the build, 5/5. Doesn’t take too long to build, easy to understand the instructions, and it’s a nice, sleek design for an inexpensive desk. Otherwise, it’s just a hassle to keep sticking on the LED strip when it starts peeling off. Sooooo 4 or 4.5 out of 5.

Great gaming desk! I love this thing, fits perfectly in the corner of my room. I seriously am impressed with how well packed and easy it was to put together 9/10 didn't get a 10/10 because there was a tiny scratch on the product before I assembled. overall worth the money and looks really good.

Got it cause it was cheap but I’m so happy with it! It’s very stable and is a good size for the price point. Was kinda annoying to build but was doable by myself.

The desk is a great desk for the price. It was a bit tough to put together as some of the screws/holes did not line up correctly and we had to improvise to make it work. The LED lights worked for a day or 2 then stopped. I was very disappointed in that, as the lights were part of my gaming set up. The first pic shows what it looked like when the LED lights on the desk worked. The 2nd pic is what it is like now, no longer working properly.**Update** Shortly after I wrote my review, a rep (Ella) from the company reached out to me. She apologized for the issue, offered to refund me a portion of the cost as well as sent me a replacement light strip. Ella was very kind, quick to respond, and handled the situation very professionally. It is clear this company takes customer satisfaction very seriously. So I changed my review to 5 starts as a result of the great help I received from Ella.

Took about 45 minutes to get everything pieced together. Make sure you follow the directions perfectly or you'll an get uneven shape. The directions are broken down so simple that anyone could interpret it correctly. After assembly and adjusting the feet, the desk is solid and does not wobble. It also supports my monitor and monitor arm nicely without any sketchines. Now, with monitor arms, make sure it will have enough clearance. I honestly just got lucky but I believe most should fit. I've heard about the led strip going bad, so far so good. Bottom line if you want a roomy desk that looks sick but doesn't make your bank account sick, give this desk a go. Also came with tools that don't suck!

The desk itself is decent, but there are a few issues I encountered. Firstly, the cord for the LED strips is too short, which meant it couldn't reach the USB port. I had to move them around to make it work, but in the process, the USB outlet snapped. This was partly my fault for not taking measurements, but it still affected my experience. Additionally, when I tried to place my 33" curved AOC monitor with a large base on the raised portion of the desk, I realized that the base was too big for the desk. Again, I should have considered this beforehand. Finally, even after managing to set everything up, I noticed that the LED strips had problems with certain colors not reaching the entire strip, and there were rogue colors appearing where they shouldn't be. On the positive side, the desk has a sleek and shiny appearance and would work well for someone with monitors up to 21" in size. However, the overall quality of some features is quite basic and economical.

Update: the customer service is actually very nice. They will refund for the dysfunctional LED strips.I should have paid attention to the reviews before purchasing. The desk itself is beautiful but the LED strips are shorter and don't reach the pre drilled holes at both ends, left and right. I had to take them off to measure but they were just shorter. I decided stick again without support and they started losing stickiness. And now they also stopped working altogether after 4 hours.

Mad about this because how dare they lowered the price after I bought it, and also madly in love with this!I had wanted to revamp a small room into a studio, and finally got this after having it on my watchlist for half a year...It instantly transformed the room into a more functional space and made it way more presentable.Onto the product:This was a joy to put together and it comes with all the tools you'll need in the package. IKEA furniture is usually known to have simple and good instructions, but the instructions that came with this product is next level.Every single structural part is labelled, so there is no chance of mixing up. The instruction is very clear, well illustrated and guides you through each step. The mounting hardware (screws and bolts) are very precise and leaves no room for doubt. The quality really shows as everything comes together solidly - all the screws are securely connected to metal inserts in the panels (there are a few exceptions, but they are also by design).It comfortably accommodates two notebook computers, and I especially like the second tier/shelf that allows you to put another monitor, or in my case, "desk displays".If you have a small space, I highly recommend studying the instructions first, examine the parts, and think about how to lay it out so you can have the least effort to put it together. For example, I think about which way it should face, built it in the opposite direction on the floor with some carpeting for protection, and when I flipped it after the legs have been installed, it would be face the right war and sits in the right place.Seriously, this adds so much class, function and style to my workspace, it is arguably one of the best purchases in my life (and I buy a lot of stuff) and I love spending time around it.

i am updating this review from a 3 to 5. After I messaged about the lights not working they shipped me a replacement super fast. Customer service was amazing and everything works like it should.*Very easy to assemble and nice and sturdy but LED lights do not work.

Update: was contacted by the merchant and was offered a partial refund to allow me to purchase a new LED strip. Great customer service!The assembly was easy, the desk is beautiful and durable but when I placed the LEDs, I realized they were WAY too short to fit where they are meant to, between the screw holes for the support. I had to peel them off a few times to readjust but they don’t stick as well anymore. They work at the moment but I’m aware of the comments regarding the LEDs failing after a few hours. I’m hoping they don’t but I might just replace them regardless since they don’t fit well.I’m a little disappointed as I got this desk specifically because I didn’t want to have to purchase LEDs separately and figured these ones would be the perfect fit.
