I have gone through so many cheap umbrellas I was afraid this might be another one that ends up in the trash... luckily it is not. The umbrella is solid and not cheap at all. The way it pops up and opens when you press the button is pretty cool. Living in the PNW god knows this umbrella will get its fair share of use

So glad I bought this for my Ireland trip. Great little umbrella that was conveniently compact yet offered a good amount of protection.
