I really tried to like it but I don't. I wish I would have just giving up and returned it before the return deadline. Now I am stuck with it. I use a bluetooth all the time but I wanted something smaller that could be hidden by my hair. This easily falls out of my ear and never feels secure, even with 3 different sized ear pieces. People have a hard time hearing me if I am moving or if there is any background noise even if very slight. The lady robot voice is annoying and has an accent I am not used to. She talks way too much and gives me commands for answering or ignoring incoming calls repeatedly. It does not automatically reconnect to an already paired device. Magnetic charging unit doesn't always connect properly and so you think it is fully charged but still dead.

I like this earbud a lot. It's super small and charging was a breeze. I have noticed a static noise though when the device is paired but no music is playing. I don't notice it really with the music on, but I do pick up on it again if I'm listening to voices, like when I'm listening to an audio book. I'm not sure if this is a normal occurrence, but it's the only negative I have so far. Unfortunately since the sound is the reason I bought the earbud, it does bring it down in my overall rating.

I really love this thing! I wear it every day while working on my computer. It lets me listen to my music while still being able to hear whats going on around me. I keep forgetting I have it on, it's just that comfortable!

Tiny, clear, and lasts a long while. It comes with a usb charger, a cover, two different size ear covers, and instruction manual but you won't really need it because it's easy to use. I've only had it for a couple of days but so far it's a great product. Definitely recommend this!

I got my Bluetooth in a timely manner that part was good but the problem is that the Bluetooth is worthless I feel that I paid way to much for it because it doesn't even connect it reads it but it does not paired so I just lost my money, well is a learning experience nevertheless I am very disappointed of this product. I hope I can get my money back.

I liked it because its Mini and you feel very light. The company is really taking care of their customer. I had an issue with my set and they get back with me and fixed it imminently.

I wont say I hate them because I never got them to work. Haven't returned them yet but I will tommorrow.

I just used it for almost a week now so far I like it. Very comfortable. It doesn't fall off from my ear. I also like the size it is very discreet. I can listen to my audio book without noticing by anybody. Sound quality was OK and the charger love it.
