I like everything About this battery. I like that is just heavy enough and sturdy enough to feel solid and works flawlessly it holds its charge as advertised and the handle on top is perfectly positioned. I'm using it on a power box for my kayaks and has been working great. Very great product and the low cost is a bonus.

I used it a couple of times and on my third time it lasted about one hour and then completely died. Put it on the charger and it was at 0%. It was 100% when I took it out, the fishfinder should last 12 hours on this battery

Claims that this battery has 5000+ cycles but I bought this battery 2 years ago and started having problems after the first 3 months. My husband is an electrician he tested the battery and even bought a new charger which wasn't the problem. This battery won't charge at all. Very disappointed and frustrated. I must have received a lemon.

Pretty good battery. It seems that this company realy cares about their product and helping their customer understand how it is different from other batteries and properly use it. This is rare for something made for the mass market level.EXCELLENT customer service !!!Very Well written and supplied user manual !This is my second battery. It was used for an electric fence charger around a solar panel farm to try to keep the damn Deer from stomping and destroying the panels as much.The first just died 1 day with no warning. I am assumings it was probably due to a failure in the internal BMS. Likely from a weather related surge.A couple of messages back & forth with the details and they sent a new battery overnight.The new user manual with this battery is extremely well written. As an engineer I wish all manuals were written like this with a level of detail that very simply explains things like charging, testing and repair in simple easy to understand terms that anyone can understand.The manual itself is worth at least double the cost of the battery as I was able to give to a remediation field tech (soil sampler and grass mower) at a large solar farm and he glanced thru it and you could almost see the light bulb come on in his brain and then he actually re read it throughly. He then said to me "This is what you have been trying to explain to me for the last 3 years about the backup batteries."The only minor negative is that the battery terminal screws supplied are carbon steel which rust and cause high resistance. That probably also contributed to the first batteries failure.I suggest you swap them out for stainless or copper ones when you install it, like I did on this one.

I have only had the battery for a few days, but it works well with my eco-worthy 100 Watt solar setup. My only concern is how tiny the terminals are. They make it incredibly difficult to attach to my 1000 watt inverter.

This is a terrific battery.It's small but so so mighty! I can't believe how compact this is yet it powers the most power hungry devices.I've been using it for over a month now and zero problems.I had opportunity to contact the support team - they are FANTASTIC!! They helped me debug a problem with a device that they did not sell (the solar panel controller).Tell me, what company these days will help a customer with products they didn't sell (XZNY that's who!).I am so impressed with the product and the people that sell/support it.100% recommend.

This battery packs a lot of power in a small package, however in my case it failed after almost two years. The good news the product has amazing customer service! After nearly two years my battery stopped charging. I contacted them by email and they responded immediately. After answering a few simple questions, a replacement was issued and within a week I had a new battery. You can trust that if something goes wrong with your battery within the warranty period, they will not stall or delay with a bunch of useless nonsense or pointless tests. They stand behind their product and are eager to get you operational again.

This battery is OK, but not great. I like the handle feature (the reason I bought it) but it seems to be too weak. The last thing I would need would be to have the handle break and the battery smashing down on concrete. I could live with that problem by not using the handle. The real issue I had is that it did not deliver the rated capacity. I used an electronic adjustable constant current load with auto shutoff to accurately measure the capacity. Multiple charge / discharge cycles showed it produced about 75% of the rated 256 Watt Hours. I bought a different brand battery with the same ratings and same price. The new battery consistently delivered over 95% of the rated capacity, using the exact same testing parameters. I returned this battery as not meeting published specifications.
