No change despite me following all the instructions... Useless products... dont waste your money on it

It's bogus N fraud. Got to twice to c ny diffrence but nothg at all.

I took this supplement for about 2 weeks and 3x times a day. My diet is usually home made food and I do not consume soft drinks or heavy sugared drinks. But over 2 weeks ago I was stricken with severe heartburn.I've been stricken with heartburn in the past and it isn't unusual and therefore I as usual is the case, thought that it was attributed to a heavy work schedule (and very little sleep) and resorted to taking Tums hoping that it would go away. But then I became concerned when my intake of Tums went from 1 a day (by which time my heartburn would go away) to over 6 -8 a day!Not Good! By the end of week 2 of starting this diet, I had a constant burn in the pit of my throat and a feeling of being constricted around the area all the time that I had to keep swallowing all the time!I was finally down to drinking fruit smoothies at night even after which the burning feeling in the throat refused to go away and taking 2-4 Tums in the middle of the night became a regular thing. This is when I began to suspect the supplement.I stopped the intake of this supplement and the heartburn was gone by the end of the same day!!To confirm that I wasn't going through a case of Placebo, I consumed foods that in the past 2 weeks caused me severe heartburn and carried the leftovers over to the next day.A week now and the heartburn hasn't come back since!Conclusion:Heartburn isn't new to me. However, consuming this supplement aggravated it to a point that I couldn't consume foods that are not known to cause heartburn.That said, this might be limited to my body chemistry that does not want to work with this to the supplement.However, if you have lived with heartburn, then I would recommend taking this fact into consideration before going for this supplement.
