This has been a life saver in our house. Even if you think that your child may have some acid reflux or lactose issues, give this a try. My LO was dx with both acid reflux and lactose sensitivity. Gave this formula a shot and it has been perfect. She has put on weight, no longer spits up like she used to (barely spits up any) and is super happy. Tried gentle ease in the past and thickening other formula with no success. This has really been amazing. It is widely accepted by babies and really just worth a shot! At 10 weeks my son was diagnosed with severe acid reflux. He would spit up or vomit constantly and his breath smelled sour & acidy 24/7 from the regurgitation coming up from his stomach. We couldn’t take him anywhere because the car seat, stroller and carrier would make it 100x worse to the point where it began to affect his breathing.Out of desperation we tried Enfamil AR upon the recommendation of a friend. One feeding and the reflux declined significantly and 1 week later we had a completely different, calm & relaxed baby with NO symptoms!The only downside was that my son developed minor constipation during that 1 week adjustment period. He would cry while trying to pass a bowel movement, but was still able to go 1-2x/day just uncomfortably. This is due to the rice cereal/starch which can cause this unfortunately. I increased his probiotic liquid and that seemed to do the trick! After the week passed he has been fine.Stools are now much less smelly (yay) and clay-like, which I think is why the bowels may be a little bit more uncomfortable at first.We are so glad we gave this a shot! Also, baby seems to like both powder and liquid - we keep both on hand and use whatever is most convenient at the moment! I just wish they made the liquid in a larger size so that we could stick to just one. Regardless, Thank you Enfamil for making this amazing product that helped us so much!

One of my twins has bad reflux & projectile puking, thought I’d give this formula a try after switching through several formulas searching for one that will work for her. She did okay, but not great on this, still having problems so the search continues.

This stuff works great but it is really thick, we had to size up our bottle nipples!

I love this formula. My baby almost never spits up anymore. Before switching to AR she was spitting up after every feeding. She also is a lot calmer and doesn't cry as much after eating. She sleeps better at night, and I'd say shes overall much happier. My only problem is that the packaging came damaged so I wont be able to reuse which was my main reason for buying this size. I'm almost certain it was whoever delivered it as the inside is perfectly sealed and in great condition. Will more than likely buy again.
