I really wanted to LOVE this, but instead just like it.
I had been looking at this for a full year before I finally bought it. (I have the King size with Dual control so it was pretty expensive). I noticed some issues as soon as I took it from the box and called customer service right away, as I thought I got a defective until. They were wonderfully nice, but said that no, my unit was not defective, that was just how it was meant to be. 1). With the dual controls, the tubes come out of the side of the pad, instead of the top like all the online videos show, this makes if very awkward looking to snake the unattractive vinyl covered tubes back up to the top and over to the control unit. 2). there are large (maybe 2"x2") hard plastic pieces on the pad where the tubes come out, if they had been at the top of the pad they would be under pillows and out of the way; however, on the sides, they are pretty much right where my elbow hits when I lean over to my nightstand, so not to comfortable. 3). There are straps on corners of the pad to hold it in place on top of mattress, (this was important to me because old heated mattress pad kept sidling down), but as it turns out, because of the way they are sewn on, the straps are pretty much useless on any thickness mattress (customer service agreed they didn't even fit over his thinner mattress), so why even put them there? So I had to buy those sheet holder straps to hold it in place, because despite what the rep said, it did slide around. 4). You can TOTALLY feel the tubes when laying on the mattress pad, and not just a little, but a lot. My husband feels them but says they are not too bad, because he puts his legs/feet, in-between them, for me it was VERY uncomfortable. I tried sleeping on it for a month, but it was driving me crazy, Customer service rep had told me a lot of people put a thin mattress pad on top of the pad. I tried a thin one but it didn't help, so I had to get a thicker one, which does help a lot (can still feel but not uncomfortable), but now I have to turn up the temp higher. Anyway, I really like the feel of the heat compared to my other heated mattress pad, but didn't like that I had to buy another pad and straps to make this work. It is a good product but they really need to make some improvements because I really feel like a paid for a premium product but only got a so-so one.

Place padding over the mat to retain heat and for comfort
Got this mat for the cold wintry months, and after having slept on it for a couple of months, I can now confidently say that I love this thing. I typically use temperatures ranging between 110F to 135F, depending on how warm I want to be, and it provides more than adequate heat within ten minutes.I have two layers of fluffy blankets on top of the mat, to retain the heat from the water, and I strongly recommend that you do something similar. This way, even after you turn off the warmer, the heat lingers there for quite some time! I absolutely love the comforting warmth that this provides me, and some nights when it isn't too cold, I can only sleep with a thin sheet over me.The mat itself has little padding so that the water tubes make it uncomfortable to sleep directly on the mat. So as I suggested above, place padding between you and the mat. And so far, the memory foam mattress I have underneath the mat shows no signs of deterioration.Great product. Would recommend.

Nice Product!
Better than expected! Bought for a relative with circulation problems who couldn't use an electric blanket due to medical devices. There were a few things I saw in other reviews that made me hesitant to buy, but they turned out to be non-issues. The pad covers the queen mattress perfectly and does not slip at all. It was installed under a medium-thickness mattress pad, and you cannot feel the tubing under it. You can feel the heat within a few minutes after turning on, but it takes about 30 minutes for it to really even out. The unit is totally silent, and it's true that you wonder if it's on at all. No one noticed any smell or odor when it runs, another thing we were concerned about. There are a few minor issues, though. The directions aren't quite right. When filling the unit, you have to turn the unit off and on again for it to reset before adding more water. Also, when changing the length of time that the unit is on, you have to turn the unit off and then turn it on again and immediately hold the "up" button to access the time length-- you can't change it while it's running. I was also disappointed that the pad was made in China, as I had thought I was purchasing an item made in the USA. There are also no clear washing/cleaning instructions. But this unit seems to work so well that we are willing to disregard the small issues, and several people we know (as well as ourselves) plan on buying one, too!

Best bed warmer ive ever had.
I usually get about a year and a half out of an electric blanket before it craps out and starts getting cold spots. I've had probably 10 different ones and they never last.I've wanted one of these since I first used one while I was in the Hospital but I never could find a consumer-grade version, and I couldn't spend $1200 on a medical-grade model. This thing is everything that I thought it would be. It gets warm fast and takes the chill out of getting into bed. The temperature control is very nice and I like being able to fine-tune my little sleeping climate. They did a good job of routing the tubing and, even though I use a quilted topper, the heat comes through everywhere except by the headboard(which is nice). I can't feel the tubing at all.

Love the cozy warmth of this!
I am very happy with this product as it makes my bed cozy warm when I crawl into it at night, especially on chilly nights. I put a blanket on top of it, and a thick mattress cover on top of that, so that I can't feel the ribs of the hot water hose in the blanket. I turn it on about 2 hours before bed, and put the temperature up fairly high, then turn it down to go to sleep as I don't like it really hot to sleep. But it works perfectly and I'm so glad I purchased it.

Satisfied but one thing.
I am satisfied with the product itself overall. It is warm enough. My only complaint is that I cannot register my product to validate warranty on their website. They say, when you purchase it, you need to register within 10 days of purchase to validate warranty. But if you try to do that, it is showing 'There was an issue. Please try fixing your information, or try again.' on their website.
