I used these at the suggestion of a podiatrist, as I was suffering with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis. I put them under the normal removable insole of my Hoka Bondi 8s. Hokas already have some good cushion, but these were nice in addition. Probably gave me a tad more heel-toe drop which takes some stress off the Achilles tendon.

Needed a lift for my shoes due to Achilles Heel.Took a chance on this company. So glad I did.Quality is excellent. Wish the price point was more reasonable but I can’t complain since they are exactly what the doctor requested I have.They are helping.

They are just what my orthopod reccommende but I have nowhere 12 shoes. ted

These heel lift cushion pads help to alleviate some of my achilles tendinitis pain. They adhere to my shoes and sandals very well and don't come off. I feel more comfortable when walking with these on.

These are small and stick really well. I got them to put in my sandals. After fracturing my femur last year, one leg is slightly shorter and it was bothering my hips and back. Slipped one of these in my shoe and felt an immediate improvement. Might need to go one taller to get even but even this little bit made a big impact. Really like that it is a multi pack, fits in a shoe, sneaker, flip flop, dress sandal...so much cheaper than an orthotic. Seems to last really well, also.

Helps with my leg length difference.

Purchased due to my Right leg is shorter then my left,and I need them for most of my shoesthey make my legs even, and reduces pain in my lower back and my left leg is not carrying all the weightalthough I ONLY RECEIVED 6 PAIR and I didn't realize it until I RE BOUGHT more.

I was told years ago that my left leg was shorter than my right. The doctor had me buy these heel lifts to put in one shoe. Paid alot for them. Couldn't believe when I seen them online. Had to get them. Price is great
