The butternut was a bit smaller this time but delicious nevertheless.

Just wash whole veg and do not peel .
Discovered that I’ve been peeling these for nothing . Added to a beautiful vegetable soup as well as pumpkin and it was delicious. Keeping the skin on added fibre and colour. Delicious and excellent value for money .
