Not very pleasant smelling

Purchased from the AROMAFUME store, this Benzoin Vanilla blend is delightful. For a long time before the advent of Amazon, benzoin was hard to come by unless i traveled a ways to the nearest wicca supply store. Now, I am happy to find it here - and fortunate enough to purchase from a company that sells quality products made from the genuine resins.The four oils i see that they sell are myrrh, frankincense, copal and benzoin. There may be others, but these four were offered on the same page along with a variety pack with each of the four oils included. These four oils/resins/scents are essential if you make your own fragrances or if you use scents/oils/resins for incense creation, healing, spells, psychic readings, blessings and Chakra balancing.I did not realize that this was blended with vanilla, but that's okay, it just makes it better and the vanilla is not overwhelming. I didn't realize I was getting THREE bottles (i missed where it specified 3 pack) for the price, and I can tell you - that it is a great value.This blended scent is strong, you only need a dab if you wear it. It has longevity, so beware of it lasting forever on clothes and hair and other objects. For other uses like annointing candles i would dilute it, for bath products and beauty use just test on your skin first - I am not sure about how others may like to use this, but always start with using a small amount at first till you get the desired effect. Benzoin is used in many beauty products and as a kind of a base to enhance fragrances much like musks. It is a good idea to do a bit of research on this before you dabble - i am not an authority on any of this - just an amateur user! Stay safe, informed and healthy! The oils was packaged beautifully. In each box was a separate roller, each bottle was packed with a removable stopper to prevent leakage. The stopper was easy to remove with a fingernail or a credit card, the roller goes in easily, or if you plan on using a dropper, you can just leave the roller off (but just be cautioned because i dont know if the lack of stopper or rollerball will cause cap leakage). Overall, this was a great purchase, the scent is definitely the lovely benzoin as I remember it!If you are looking to purchase these oils, I urge you to go with the seller "Aromafume".
