I bought this for my postpartum after my daughter. I was a little skeptical if this would work and was pleasantly surprised. It really helped those cramps as your uterus is trying to go back to normal. The taste wasnt bad at all. I put it in a flavored water to juice and cannot taste it at all

I just had my 3rd child and the after birth contractions have always been terrible. Until I tried this I just mixed it with a little Gatorade in a medicine up as directed. And used the whole bottle over several days it worked wonders! I did it every few hours and was so shocked at how well it worked. This definitely helped ease my postpartum contractions. I even used it alongside Motrin when it got really bad and the Motrin took forever to kick in, will definitely use again.

Now my after birth contractions this fourth pregnancy were AWFUL. I can’t say if it worked or not. The smell and taste were okay however. The quality is pretty good, no leaking from the container and it’s a lot of product for the money. I have so much left over.
